Season 4 \u2014 2024 \u2013 2025<\/span><\/h1>\n

This Season 4 clearly marks a turning point for Arkone.<\/span>
Not a revolution, but a true evolution: a more stable vision, a more assertive way of working, and a significant investment on several fronts (Oko Shop redesign, content production, improvement of our solutions\u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

We re-evaluated everything: our method, our tools, our organization.<\/span>
It was the right time to push boundaries, adjust what needed to be adjusted, and thoroughly review our operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

This year's map reflects exactly that: a <\/span>city nearing the end of renovation<\/b>, fluid, dense, vibrant\u2026 with some areas completed and others still under construction.<\/span>

Each room represents a facet of our 2024\u20132025 work.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Client Consultation Office<\/h3>\n
This is truly our hallmark: listening, questioning, understanding the business.
We co-construct the strategy, the framework, and the integration into the client's other projects.
Simple objective: to find <\/span>the right project<\/b> \u2014 one that balances quality, need, and budget.<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Business Development Room<\/h3>\n
Post-its, diagrams, whiteboards\u2026 and above all, a complete overhaul.
We stopped relying on \u201ctalent-based (or random) prospecting\u201d.
This year, we <\/span>revamped the entire chain<\/b> and increased outreach.
The effects will be most visible in Season 5: the renovation was not yet fully completed \u2014 and the map clearly shows it.<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Training Room<\/h3>\n
Continuous skill development.<\/span>
We test, we fail, we readjust, we move forward.<\/span>
Jathushan's arrival clearly strengthened the dynamic.<\/span>
We question everything: our methods, our tools, our choices.<\/span>
The digital landscape evolves too quickly (even more so with AI) to operate \u201cas before\u201d.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

A massive undertaking: identity, UX, product logic.
Not a \u201csimple redesign,\u201d but a true in-depth reflection.<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Because we don't play heroes: yes, there are still ongoing projects.
Business solutions, internal projects, Arkone Inside, Industry\u2026
