Do we build products for ourselves first?<\/h1>\n

I believe that a project can only succeed if one deeply loves the problem one is trying to solve<\/strong> .
This idea, often repeated in the world of entrepreneurship, takes on its full meaning over time: it is the obsession with the problem that allows you to stay on course, much more than the simple list of tasks leading to an \"ideal\" version of the product.<\/p>\n

But be careful \u2014 focusing on the problem should not make us forget the other half of the equation: making users want<\/strong> to adopt the solution.
This is the complexity of a project: finding the balance between passion for the problem, love for the product<\/strong> , and above all, understanding of its target audience<\/strong> .<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

The Oko Shop Example<\/h2>\n

When we launched Arkone in 2021, our very first project was Oko Shop<\/strong> .
An application that aimed to help everyone make an informed choice in the supermarket<\/strong> .
The idea was simple, useful, and above all, we truly believed in it.
I have personally rated over 1,800 products<\/strong> , and I use it regularly.
The result? An application that has been running without major bugs since 2021<\/strong> , without any updates. <\/p>\n

On paper, everything seemed perfect.
But in hindsight, we realized that we had neglected a crucial aspect: the attractive, emotional side of the product<\/strong> .
We had solved the problem, but not necessarily made people want to experience this solution.<\/p>\n

Some say you have to choose between loving your problem<\/strong> or loving your product<\/strong> .
I think we need to combine the two<\/strong> \u2026 and add a third ingredient: taming our target<\/strong> .
Understanding how she thinks, what motivates her, and how she perceives the value of what we build.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

The Redesign of Oko Shop: A New Chapter<\/h3>\n

It is in this spirit that we are preparing a complete overhaul of Oko Shop<\/strong> today.
This new, more modern and more human version will be somewhat of an emblematic project<\/strong> for us at Arkone \u2014 both a return to our roots and a showcase of our evolution.
Because, even though the 2021 version remains a great reference, we have grown enormously since then: more than 100 projects completed<\/strong> , successes, failures, and above all, experience that allows us today to support our clients with more perspective and clarity<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

But what remains unchanged is the energy<\/strong> and curiosity<\/strong> that are characteristic of our young team.
We continue to learn, to test, to explore.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
