It's time to present our 2025 Retrospective for our agency, Arkone<\/b> . Here's a summary of these intense 12 months \ud83d\udc47

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

A start to the year marked by events<\/h1>\n

January 2025<\/strong> was a very busy month. We went straight from the Point S Congress in Barcelona<\/strong> . For this event, we managed the app, the seating plan, the management platform, the registration website, and the communications. Then<\/b> , we took a 6:00 AM flight directly to Venice for the Quick<\/strong> Convention. On the agenda: a dedicated app, live Q&A during the plenary session, and a scavenger hunt. The month ended on a high note with the release of the alpha version of the WanderMeet<\/strong> app. <\/p>\n

In February<\/strong> , we settled into our new offices in La D\u00e9fense<\/strong> . At the same time, we began the redesign of Oko Shop<\/strong> (it's taking time, but we're getting there!) and managed the Point S International Challenge in Venice<\/strong> . It was a large-scale project<\/strong> . Indeed, it included a comprehensive management and registration website available in 20 languages, along with all the associated communication materials. <\/p>\n

March<\/strong> , as every year, rhymes with the Pomona convention<\/strong> , this time in Strasbourg: treasure hunt, menu selection, a 100% personalized app<\/strong> , and tailor-made communication. We're also taking advantage of March to highlight our ongoing support for P\u00e8re Joseph<\/strong> and Floris<\/strong> . Between daily communication and menu changes almost twice a season, it's a constantly evolving menu and a true pleasure to have worked with them for so long. To wrap up the beginning of the year, we conducted interviews for our website to better showcase Arkone. <\/p>\n

The team is growing and the bonds are strengthening.<\/h2>\n

April<\/strong> was exceptional from a human perspective. On April 1st (no jokes, please!), Jathushan<\/strong> joined the adventure with a hybrid role perfectly suited to him: full-stack development and digital communication. His first task was to redesign the Arkone website, and since then, our visibility has increased tenfold on average.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

April also marks the strengthening of a long-standing collaboration with Netveille<\/strong> . This story began at the Sorbonne with Jean-Baptiste<\/strong> , our training supervisor. Subsequently, it evolved from a jointly developed app to the management of all front-end development<\/strong> for their platforms<\/strong> . This collaboration allows us to grow alongside incredible teams. It's also the month we had our professional photoshoot to enhance our brand image. <\/p>\n

In May<\/strong> , we headed to the Palais Brongniart for the AGPB<\/strong> event (dual site for invited guests\/the general public, management platform, multi-profile communication). For Netveille, it was a busy month with the redesign of one of their platforms<\/strong> , which, it's safe to say, was very well received. <\/p>\n

We wrapped up June<\/strong> with the traditional Point S Forum<\/strong> . For this event, we delivered a comprehensive solution: registration website, apps, prize draw, and scanning system. In addition, we conducted a fantastic photoshoot at P\u00e8re Joseph<\/strong> .

Summer: Adjustments, creations and new launches<\/h2>\n

In July<\/strong> , we created the pre-registration site for the upcoming Point S congress. However, we also took the opportunity to take a step back to adjust and refine the projects. This involved adjustments to the websites of Florian Jouanny<\/strong> and Ana\u00efs Vincent<\/strong> , and the creation of our season map, full of nods to the past year.<\/p>\n

Even though the pace slows down in August<\/strong> , the work continues. We are making progress on the redesign of the Netveille platforms, we are redesigning their Chrome extension<\/strong> , and it is also the month of my first mission as a jury member at ESILV<\/strong> , an experience that is both exciting and intimidating. <\/p>\n

The start of the academic year in September<\/strong> saw the launch of two exciting projects. First, MiniPatron<\/strong> , a platform for organizing birthday parties in bakeries. It's a real<\/strong> source of pride<\/strong> to work with them on knowledge transfer and expertise. Second, we launched Foodtruck<\/strong> View<\/strong> , developed with M\u00e9har<\/strong> for someone as incredible as the project itself.

A wonderful end to the year<\/h2>\n

In October<\/strong> , we launched the Arkone blog<\/strong> and began our collaboration with Beauty Perfume \/ Axis Parfums<\/a> ,<\/strong> which is still very new.<\/p>\n

On the tech side, we launched a new platform for Netveille, with a design entirely created by us.<\/p>\n

In November<\/strong> , we sealed our collaboration with Axis<\/strong> for a year of multi-channel communication, while continuing support on five platforms with Netveille.<\/p>\n

Finally, December<\/strong> marked the arrival of Aksel<\/strong> on the team and the signing of a collaboration agreement with Zefal<\/strong> (we'll tell you more about it very soon). And we also continue our enriching collaboration with Netveille, punctuated by truly special moments shared together. <\/p>\n
