Season 4 — 2024 – 2025

Season 4 — 2024 – 2025

This Season 4 clearly marks a turning point for Arkone.
Not a revolution, but a true evolution: a more stable vision, a more assertive way of working, and a significant investment on several fronts (Oko Shop redesign, content production, improvement of our solutions…).

We re-evaluated everything: our method, our tools, our organization.
It was the right time to push boundaries, adjust what needed to be adjusted, and thoroughly review our operations.

This year’s map reflects exactly that: a city nearing the end of renovation, fluid, dense, vibrant… with some areas completed and others still under construction.
Reflecting our season.

At the center: The Arkone House, our core.
Around it: our projects, our partners, our challenges, our successes, our areas still under development.
A year of adjustments, redesigns, and confirmations.

The Arkone House: Our Center of Gravity

The cutaway house summarizes this season better than a long speech.
Each room represents a facet of our 2024–2025 work.

Client Consultation Office

This is truly our hallmark: listening, questioning, understanding the business.
We co-construct the strategy, the framework, and the integration into the client’s other projects.
Simple objective: to find the right project — one that balances quality, need, and budget.

Business Development Room

Post-its, diagrams, whiteboards… and above all, a complete overhaul.
We stopped relying on “talent-based (or random) prospecting”.
This year, we revamped the entire chain and increased outreach.
The effects will be most visible in Season 5: the renovation was not yet fully completed — and the map clearly shows it.

Training Room

Continuous skill development.
We test, we fail, we readjust, we move forward.
Jathushan’s arrival clearly strengthened the dynamic.
We question everything: our methods, our tools, our choices.
The digital landscape evolves too quickly (even more so with AI) to operate “as before”.

Product Workshop / Oko Shop Redesign

A massive undertaking: identity, UX, product logic.
Not a “simple redesign,” but a true in-depth reflection.

Work in Progress Zone

Because we don’t play heroes: yes, there are still ongoing projects.
Business solutions, internal projects, Arkone Inside, Industry…
Not everything is ready, not everything will be released. But we are moving forward and questioning.

Chill-out Room

We also take a breath, sometimes.
The four of us.
Nothing to explain: it’s just team life.

Photo / Video Room

We have worked extensively on our image this year: portraits, videos, content.
A significant step in Arkone’s formalization.

The Projects: Our Season in Motion

As every year, the map gathers the significant projects.
This time, they are more numerous, more technical, and more visible.

Le Père Joseph & Le Floris

  • Continuous support: communication, networks, field operations. We know their teams, their needs, and their rhythms. Always a pleasure to be with them after almost four years.

Franco / Franco European Image

  • A vibrant space, exchanges, files… A collaboration that has lasted since our beginnings and evolves with us.

Yithé

  • The usual facade — but a redesign is clearly looming. The project is evolving, and that can be sensed in the scene.

Florian Jouanny & Anaïs Vincent

  • Sporting, human scenes. Simple, sincere, and effective support for two impressive athletes.

Wandermeet

  • The “Ping” bubbles all over the city. The platform continues to advance, step by step.

WorldSkills Lyon

  • Stade des Lumières, lion, flocked jersey. A structured, demanding project, with no room for error. Further proof that we can handle pressure.

    Point S Barcelona Congress

    • Torre Melina, the Peugeot from the 24 Hours of Le Mans, selfies. A packed event, a lot of business logic, and constant attention to detail.

    Point S Lyon Forum

    • Booths, food trucks, scans, interactions. One of the most comprehensive projects of the year: participant app, booth app, live management, on-site presence.

    FoodTruckView

    • A wonderful encounter! A project at the beginning of a story that will grow.

    Quick Venice

    • Venetian square, gondolas, carnival, giant puzzle. Treasure hunt, quizzes, on-site presence. Meticulous organization, unique atmosphere.

    Point S Venice Challenge

    • An impressive project in the heart of the gondolas. Website in 20 languages and multilingual communication management across all media.

    Pomona Strasbourg

    • Alsatian street, somewhat turbulent storks. A demanding event, with real on-site constraints: treasure hunt, meal management, live interactions.

    Netveille

    • A complex, multi-topic project for which we maintain confidentiality. A visual nod to the various sectors explored. A robust back-office, with Elodie & Jean-Baptiste represented in their positions.

    AGPB – 100 Years

    • Palais Brongniart surrounded by wheat. A very classy event for the 100th anniversary, with comprehensive support for the website and digital aspects.

    MiniPatron

    • A lively bakery, smiling children with bread under their arms. A magnificent human project, focused on transmission and expertise.

    Oko Shop 2025

    • The construction site. Literally. We are covering the old, and laying the foundations for the new. The redesign is being prepared.

This Arkone Season 4, in Reality

      No posturing, no overacting.
      Just a simple reality:
We are evolving to become stronger — technically, operationally, humanly.
We have reorganized our positions and methods to better listen, better design, better react… and ultimately, better support.
We wanted the Season 4 map to be true to what we experienced:
a dense, imperfect, but constructive year.
It shows our work, our adjustments, our progress… and above all, our way of moving forward together.
