Oko Shop
April 2021
Mobile application – SEO – Showcase website
At the core of Arkone is the Oko Shop project.
In fact, Oko Shop is a mobile application for comparing food products. Its main objective is to help consumers make their choices in supermarkets by providing them with all the necessary information to justify a purchase, such as taste, environmental and societal impact, and nutritional value.
Thus, for this project, we developed a mobile application accessible to everyone with several features:
- Product scanning
- Product search
- Profile
- Rating
- Product modification
- Objectives
- Notification
Furthermore, to make the application relevant from its launch, we connected it to an existing database comprising 1.4 million products. Additionally, it is progressively enriched through user contributions, whether through reviews, modification requests, or other additions.
Finally, this application is available to everyone on iOS and Android, simply by searching for: Oko Shop.
Florian Jouanny
August 2021
Website
Firstly, Florian Jouanny is a para-cyclist for whom we developed a simple website so that he could present his journey, achievements, and goals. Furthermore, we had the opportunity to experience great moments following his journey at the Tokyo Paralympic Games, where he brought home three medals!
For this project, the specifications were simple: to develop a simple and well-designed website.
For the rest, we were given carte blanche!
To address this need for clarity, we therefore decided to opt for a ‘one-page’ website with the following structure:
- Who is Florian Jouanny? (history, achievements, photos)
- His goals (future)
- His partners (acknowledgements)
- Contact (to learn more)
The website is simple but it meets all the needs of an athlete: getting to know him, highlighting partners, and encouraging contact.
Yithé
September 2021
Website
Yithé is a bubble tea and bakery/pastry company based in the center of Paris. (We particularly loved the Crème brûlée Bubble Tea.)
Our collaboration began following an exchange on Instagram. Since then, they have entrusted us with launching their new website presenting their two stores.
For this project, we had carte blanche on the design, but the texts and images were provided to us.
We decided to draw inspiration from the structure of their menu to design a website with many rounded components and highlighting images of their products.
With its original design, we sought to differentiate the website from its competitors. The company loved the website, and they continued to work with us to add new features to their site: a script to retrieve photos from their Instagram page, changing the domain name, etc.
Temporalité
October 2021
Website – Back office
As a prelude to the launch of Le Père Joseph restaurant in Rueil-Malmaison, the Franco American group launched an ephemeral dining experience named “Temporalité,” and consequently they called upon us to develop a website for them to present and also to book a table at this ephemeral restaurant.
Regarding this project, we were asked for a showcase and booking website with several sections to highlight all the stakeholders who contributed to making this event possible (including partners, venue, the group, etc.), as well as to present the culinary concept that would be offered during the fortnight.
Point S
January 2022
Seating plan – Registration – Back office
Our long-standing relationship with Point S began with this congress in Oman.
Indeed, for this event, our mission was to develop a solution to optimally seat people at tables based on their affinities. To accomplish this mission, we were given carte blanche, and consequently, this allowed us to design a completely tailor-made solution to take into account all the subtleties expected by our client.
More specifically, for this congress, we therefore developed an algorithm allowing members to be seated according to their preferences. To determine their affinities, we had developed a registration website allowing each person to state with whom they wished to be seated. Then, from a back office, we could generate a seating plan according to a model we had created.
Ultimately, the algorithm was a real success, allowing everyone to dine according to their choices.
Following this event, we were also tasked with developing a website to provide access to all photos and videos from the congress.
BWT
March 2021
Streaming – Registration – Back office
For World Water Day, BWT decided to organize the Best Water Talks. An event they wished to share with all their employees and partners. Thus, they decided to hold an event in the Paris region and to share it live in French and English to be viewable worldwide.
To create the live event website, BWT called upon us because they indeed wanted an innovative and 100% customizable solution!
Regarding this project, our specifications were clear: to create a fully personalized, ultra-secure live event with a back office allowing for:
- To accept or deny access
- To answer questions
- To access all statistics (viewership, etc.)
To meet this need for ultra-personalization, we had to go much further than existing solutions and consequently develop entirely unique functionalities.
Le Floris
March 2022
Website
To begin with, Le Floris is a restaurant based in Anières in the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
Regarding this mission, we were contacted to address a dual urgency.
Firstly, for several weeks, their website had become very unstable with numerous server crashes.
Furthermore, they had many customer complaints regarding the website being very poorly designed.
It was therefore for these two reasons that the client asked us to create a clear, simple, and fast website within a very short timeframe.
In conclusion, we are very pleased with this project, carried out with complete autonomy, and which consequently allowed our client to see a real difference for their restaurant.
Selfmeal
April 2022
Mobile application – Back office
Here is a startup that entrusted us to support them in the creation of their turnkey digital solution.
Indeed, the concept of SelfMeal is simple: to offer micro-stores directly in offices to simplify the lives of employees by offering them products for all times of the day.
Furthermore, this project was carried out in close collaboration with its founder: Benjamin Dumont, who indeed wanted to be present at all stages of conception in order to have an application and a back office that perfectly suited him and also respected the requested design.
For his company, we developed a 100% tailor-made product purchasing application and a management platform to fully manage autonomously:
- stock management
- adding new clients
- user management
- access to sales statistics
- communication with consumers
In summary, the application is available on iOS and Android. To discover the concept, simply follow the link to their website.
Pomona
May 2022
Website – registration – back office – mobile application
Indeed, as part of their annual congress, Pomona wanted to go even further in communication with participants by seeking to develop a solution to increase interactivity.
To meet their needs, we therefore imagined and designed an application with 3 objectives:
- Inform
- Personalize the experience
- Interact
Consequently, the application was a real success with 485 active users out of 500 participants. Furthermore, we received only glowing feedback.
To summarize the proposed solution, we thus developed an application containing:
- The program
- The event presentation (destination, hotel, restaurant, etc.)
- Registration for various activities
- Quizzes
- Personalized notifications
In parallel, we developed a comprehensive back office. Firstly, it provides access to all listings. Secondly, it offers the possibility to modify participants’ choices. Furthermore, it facilitates the sending of emails, notifications, and SMS messages. Additionally, it allows for modifying the application’s design and sections. Finally, it also serves to update the program and create new quizzes.
Ultimately, an ultra-comprehensive solution not only to energize and facilitate exchanges with participants but also to simplify event management.
Le Père Joseph
June 2022
Social media – website
As part of the launch of Le Père Joseph restaurant in Rueil-Malmaison, we have worked and are working on all digital aspects of the restaurant: website, social media, SEO, etc.
Thus, to meet their needs, we had to broaden our scope of expertise. Furthermore, we were extremely attentive to our client in order to understand and grasp their industry. Each day, we gain a better understanding of their industry and its needs. Consequently, this allows us to continuously improve our support.
In conclusion, we are eager to see the growth of this restaurant in the coming months, and that is why we invite you to visit it now!
Franco European Venues
May 2022
Website
Following the opening of Le Floris and Le Père Joseph, the Franco European group asked us to design a website for their restaurant division: Franco European Venues.
Indeed, the request was clear: To create a simple website allowing visitors to quickly discover the group’s restaurants.
Consequently, the website is extremely minimalist. Furthermore, we created a design that connects the two establishments primarily around the theme of water while justifying their respective graphic charters.
Groupe Franco European
May 2022
website
Recently, the Franco European group decided to review its digital strategy to highlight their commitment as an “Activist for Living Together”.
To do this, they realized they needed a website to present their commitments as well as their desire to place humanity at the center of everything.
That is why, to create this website, they called upon us. Ultimately, this website was a real challenge, particularly in making it responsive on mobile and tablet due to the non-standardized positioning of elements.
Point S
June 2022
Website – Registration – Seating plan – Application – Back office
Volume 2!
Furthermore, following the success of our previous mission, Point S once again called upon us for their Point S forum, this time with many more tasks to accomplish.
Firstly, following the success of the congress, they wanted to reuse our seating plan algorithm.
Secondly, they called upon us to develop a mobile application to list all purchases made by members during the event with the aim of holding a prize draw.
Regarding the seating plans for this event, we significantly improved the algorithm to even better meet their needs.
Furthermore, for the mobile application, we decided to create an ultra-simple application so that it could be easily used by everyone.
Ultimately, it was a true success, as no problems were encountered throughout the entire event!
