The season
Arkone’s Season 2 marks our transition from ‘workshop’ mode to becoming a true agency.
The foundations are laid, processes are refined, and clients return.
Projects are becoming more technical, larger, and error margins are narrower.

Arkone’s Season 2: Our major challenges
- Point S Development (Jordan) — A international event platform in 20 languages. Registration management, automated communication, back office, and real-time monitoring: a true test of technical endurance.
- Point S (France) — Two significant projects:
-
Cannes (Congress) : ultra-complex and fully custom registration site, dense business logic, reused placement algorithm, dedicated application and on-site support.
-
Forum at Parc Floral : application for booths, app for participants, on-site presence. A major logistical and technical challenge, with no room for error.
-
- Pomona — Logical continuation of our series of event apps: a clearer, more stable version, designed for longevity.
- Le Floris / Le Père Joseph — Comprehensive digital support, covering social media, websites, content, and monitoring.
- SelfMeal → Juste à Temps — Acquisition and redesign of a complex solution: revised architecture, tools separated by departments (Corner, Caterer, Quotes), and genuine long-term product strategy.
- Quick — Internal event at Lake Geneva: ultra-comprehensive on-site application, live interactions during the plenary session, a true test in real-world conditions.
- Unigrains — First stage of a long-term project: custom registration management with a highly demanding art direction. (The remainder will continue in the next season.)
- Franco European Group / Franco European Image — Redesign and evolution of the group’s websites, visual consistency, technical rationalization, and simplification of user journeys.
Summary
This Season 2 was a pivotal year: more complex, more technical, more clients.
We learned to deliver large-scale projects without losing our efficiency, with a strong on-site presence.

It is also the season when we understood that Arkone could handle the workload.
